There’s something about a collared mini dress that I’ve just been loving recently– maybe its because I HATED my Catholic school uniform shirt (for the only two years I lasted in private school lol– the wardrobe limitations just did not cut it!)– but I love the primness of it contrasted with edgier pieces like a leather moto jacket and tomboyish brogues, loafers or sneakers. This lace version that I’m wearing here is a recent Zara, non-maternity purchase, as are the other ones I linked above– as long as the dress has some stretch to it, they seem to work fine in regular sizing for me this pregnancy. I paired it with these snazzy (one of my mom’s fave words!) silver metallic brogue creepers (defined as a tie up loafer style shoe with a platform underneath) and my newest bag obsession– the Saint Laurent Betty bag that I scored from TheRealReal for A LOT less than it sells for in stores! I love the clean, simple lines of the bag, and that it’ll be a classic for years to come. Obsessed.
